Is dinner time a stressful part of your day? Hectic schedules, dietary restrictions, picky eaters, and extracurricular activities can all lead up to hungry bellies and an empty fridge. So what do you do? Swing by the prepared section at the grocery store? Call for take-out from a restaurant on your way home? Or take the family out for a last minute dinner, wasting money, and not necessarily feeling great about the quality of your food.

Let me help make meal time more nourishing, enjoyable and cost effective for you and your family. For more than 5 years, I’ve worked with clients from a wide variety of needs; including hormone balancing, gut health and digestive issues, weight loss, type 1 and type 2 diabetics, auto-immune diseases, food allergies, the time surrounding pregnancy and the birth of a new baby.

Overwhelmingly, I have found that clients have the best intentions of eating healthy and making positive changes, but as soon as things get busy, or there is a lack of time to plan, healthy eating goes out the door. With our working together, I will do the recipe creation, source the best possible ingredients, grocery shop, prep work and most of the cooking for your week of meals.

I’ve worked with families that include some very picky eaters- kids and adults alike!- and we’ve broadened their diets immensely after taking time to gradually introduce new foods, flavors and textures to them. As a former incredibly picky eater myself, I know that it takes time to make these changes, but that it is possible! Menus and recipes are customized to your specific preferences, there is no blanket meal plan, as everything is tailored to you and your dietary needs and tastes.
